For the coaching service, it is ideal that you be in a quiet room without possibility of interruption. Coaching cannot be done when the client is driving a vehicle.
As a paid coaching client, you may notify email@example.com 24 hours or more in advance, one-time, to reschedule your appointment without charge of payment. You will receive a “confirmed” email to your request for cancellation to make it effective. Second change requests, or cancellations under 24 hours, will invoke the payment for service as originally agreed to. In the event of a client’s no-show on the first day call of the two-day call of the First Time Coaching offer, the client will be called on the second day but there will be no adjustment or reschedule for missing the first day’s call. First Time Coaching call rates are once per person.
A call or Skype coaching session is for the length of time appropriated only.
Christine Rich Hanson will call (or Skype if applicable) you at the agreed to time on a “private number”. If you do not answer, she will attempt two additional times within the first five minutes before considering you a no-show and your payment will be applied for the session. If there are any technical issues with Skype or phone connection, your time will be extended or rescheduled so that you receive the full agreed-to length of time.
Christine Rich Hanson reserves the right to change the day or time for an emergent event. You will receive an email and a request to reschedule.
Coaching fee payments must be made in advance of scheduled appointments. For continuing clients, the next payment must be made 7 days in advance of the first session of the next block of appointments.
For urgent coaching calls, where agreed to by Christine Rich Hanson, payment must be made within 15 minutes of email agreement for a same-day-time. After 15 minutes, the time slot is cancelled.
